Reflections on Matrimonial Jurisprudence
Lawrence G. Wrenn
A collection of articles examining the canon law on marriage. They were written over several years and published mostly in the Jurist. The first article notes that jurisprudence tends to evolve in different ways; the next seven illustrate those differences. The last two deal with the terms annulment, nullity and invalidity. It is offered as a brief and convenient overview for law students.
